First off, congratulations, Gorgeous! ✨ You’re planning one of the most magical days of your life — and while you’re picking flowers, tasting cakes, and perfecting that guest list, don't forget to plan for your uplifting bridal glow! 🌸
Your wedding day is a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and feeling your absolute best isn’t just about the dress — it’s about prepping your body, mind, and spirit to shine. That’s why I put together your Perfectly Peachy Bridal Beauty Timeline — a simple, stress-free guide to help you sparkle from the inside out.
Ready? Let’s glow! 💍✨
6 Months Before: The Early Glow-Up
🌸 Facials Begin: Now’s the time to start regular facials if you don’t already. Choose treatments focused on hydration, calming inflammation, and gentle exfoliation — nothing harsh or risky. (Think long-term skin love, not last-minute miracles.) I couldn't recommend my friend Natasha from Pearl Moon Beauty more! She will even set you up with the perfect skincare regimen to get to your skin goals!

🌸 Hair Trials + Color Plan: Schedule your first hair trial! Start talking with your stylist about color touch-ups or changes, too. Want highlights? Going darker? Now’s the time to experiment so it’s perfect by your big day. -This is where you schedule your makeup trial too!
🌸 Fitness (If You Want!): If you have fitness goals (like building strength, boosting energy, or managing stress), a consistent, happy routine now will make a big difference later. Start moving your body. Join a yoga class, work with a personal trainer, or simply take a 20-minute walk after dinner. You don’t need to train like you’re preparing for a marathon — just getting active will help you feel your best.
🌸Review your eating habits Focus on adding more fruits, vegetables, and whole foods to your meals, and try to limit processed snacks. Just remember — don’t be too hard on yourself (wine and chocolate are basically wedding planning essentials). One of my favorite ways to stay healthy is making healthier, homemade, less sugar & carbs more fiber & protein, fresh options of foods I’m craving!
3 Months Before: Fine-Tuning Your Look
🌸 Skincare Lock-In: Your skincare routine should be solid and simple now. Avoid trying new products that could irritate or break-out your skin.
Stick to what works — gentle cleanser, toner, lots of moisturizing, SPF every day.
(Your future self will thank you!)
This is the time to schedule your last facial peel then let your skin rest until the big day.

🌸 Lash Extensions Test (Optional):Thinking about getting lash extensions or even strip lashes for the first time? Try them now, not the week before! You want time to make sure you love them (or troubleshoot if needed).
🌸How are your brows shaping up? If they could use a little help, skip the tweezers and schedule a professional brow grooming session. I love and highly recommend the Benefit Brow Bar at Ulta!

1 Month Before: The Glow is Getting Real
🌸 Teeth Whitening:If you’re whitening your teeth, now’s the time to do it!
(Tip: Use a gentle, professional method — you don’t want sensitivity stealing your wedding day joy. Try Oil Pulling with Coconut Oil – Swish raw coconut oil for 10–15 minutes daily. This will help remove toxins and can slightly whiten over time. Custom Whitening Trays from a Dentist If you're too sensitive to over-the-counter strips.
🌸 Hair Color Tweaks: Book your final pre-wedding hair color appointment. Minor touch-ups, trims, and conditioning treatments help your hair stay fresh, healthy, and photo-ready. Stick with minor tweaks and gloss treatments rather than dramatic changes—this is the moment to refine, not reinvent. 🌸 Schedule your Trial Tan: Book your trial tan about a month out to test and lock in your ideal shade. This gives you time to see how the color develops on your skin tone, ensure it photographs well, and make any adjustments if needed. It’s also a great way to preview how it will look against your dress and makeup. Be sure to schedule it a few days before your makeup trial so you can see the full bridal look come together with your bronzed glow. Choose an artist who specializes in bridal tans for the most natural, streak-free results. Pro Tip: Make sure to exfoliate, shave, and moisturize leading up to the appointment for the smoothest application. You’re aiming for radiant—not risky—so always test first!

The week of: Pamper + Prep
🌸 Mani/Pedi Time: Your hands will be front and center—from the close-up of your ring exchange to the champagne toasts and all those “just married” detail shots—so don’t skip this step! Schedule your manicure and pedicure 2–3 days before your wedding to ensure everything stays fresh, chip-free, and photo-ready.
Choose a timeless shade that complements your bridal style.
Think:
✨ Soft nudes for a clean, elegant look
🌸 Romantic pinks for that delicate, feminine touch
🤍 Classic French tips for effortless sophistication
💋 A signature pop of color if you’re feeling bold and want a fun twist that’s totally you
Don’t forget the pedicure, especially if your shoes are open-toed or if you’re sneaking off for a barefoot beach moment. Ask your nail tech to pamper those heels and cuticles—because soft, glowing skin is part of the whole vibe.
Bonus tip: If you're worried about chips, opt for gel polish or dip powder to lock in a flawless finish through all the hugs, happy tears, model moments, dancing and weeks after your big day!

🌸 Spray Tan (Optional):If you’re doing a spray tan, book it for about 3 days before your wedding day—this gives the color time to fully develop and settle into a soft, natural-looking finish (no sticky residue or last-minute bronzer transfers!).
Always do a trial tan weeks earlier to get your perfect shade.
Pro Tip: Do your tan after waxing or shaving, but before your manicure, pedicure, and makeup trial to avoid smudging or interference with the glow.
🌸Cut out alcohol and excess sodium. Feeling bloated on your wedding day (or during your boudoir shoot, dress fitting, or honeymoon!) can leave you uncomfortable and less confident than you deserve to be.
Start minimizing bloat a few days before the big day. This means staying hydrated, cutting back on salty or super-processed foods, and avoiding carbonated drinks. Simple swaps like sipping herbal teas (peppermint, ginger, or dandelion root) and eating light, nourishing meals can do wonders.
One of my personal go-to’s? Ollie’s Beat the Bloat vitamins—a gentle blend of digestive enzymes, dandelion, ginger, and fennel that helps beat belly bloat in a natural, effective way.
🌸 Final Touches: Do any final gentle exfoliating, moisturizing, and deep conditioning you like. Most importantly: relax. Your glow will always be brightest when you're at peace.
The Day Before: Just Breathe, Beautiful
Tomorrow is not just about schedules and details—it’s about you. All the planning, the dreaming, the countdown... it’s led to this moment. So before the glam squad arrives and the whirlwind begins, give yourself the gift of a slow, intentional morning.
🌸 Sleep:Get that beauty sleep, girl—you’ve earned it! The night before your wedding is your time to unwind, reset, and let your body (and skin!) rest and recharge.
Start winding down early. Turn off your phone, set those last-minute details aside, and create a calming bedtime ritual. Sip on a warm cup of chamomile tea or lavender-infused water, light your favorite candle, and slip into your softest PJs.
Aim for a solid 7–9 hours of sleep—not just to avoid under-eye circles, but to wake up feeling radiant, centered, and ready to soak in every second of your day.
🌸 Hydrate:Drink plenty of water — and maybe add a slice of lemon for a little extra skin love.Make sure to keep that cute water bottle nearby and keep filling up!
🌸 Wake up gently tomorrow. Breathe deeply. Let the light pour in from outside. Put on your favorite cozy robe, press play on a soft, feel-good playlist, and take a few quiet minutes to journal what you're grateful for—your journey, your love, the people who’ve supported you.Whether it’s sipping tea by the window, stretching out in bed for a few extra minutes, or smiling at your reflection just as you are—this is your time to be present. Let the joy settle into your bones.
You’ve planned every beautiful detail. Now it’s time to trust the magic, surrender the stress, and fully receive all the love that’s about to surround you.

Final Pep Talk 💖
Your glow should come from within — but a little extra help doesn’t hurt!
At the end of the day, it’s your joy, your love, and your presence that will make you unforgettable — not a perfect manicure or a flawless spray tan.
So follow this easy beauty timeline, pamper yourself the way you deserve, and step into your wedding day feeling radiant, relaxed, and 1000% YOU. ✨
Here’s to your happiest, most beautiful day ever, Peach! 🍑💍
